Who we are
This website (vkuglobal.com) is operated by 上海为酷科技有限公司 (Shanghai). Our business in Kazakhstan is carried out by ТОО «vKuGlobal Consulting Co., Ltd.». Together they are referred to as “vKuGlobal” or “we”.
What we collect
Information you submit through our forms. The enquiry form collects your name, company, phone, email, the services you are interested in, your message and your preferred language. The forms in our Chinese-language section on the new outbound investment rules collect company name, contact name, job title, mobile number, WeChat ID, email, investment route, whether you already have an overseas entity, whether you plan to reinvest, and your message.
To understand where enquiries come from, forms also record the page, referring link and campaign parameters (such as utm_source), the time of submission and the page language.
We do not collect ID card, passport, visa or certificate numbers, tax or registration numbers, or bank account numbers through this website. Please do not enter them; the forms reject text that looks like such numbers.
To keep the site secure, our server records access logs, including IP address, browser type and time of visit. These are used only for security and troubleshooting.
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. The language you choose is stored only in your own browser.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, send you the materials or update notices you asked for, provide the services you ask about and communicate with you about them. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Transfer and cross-border access
Submissions are delivered to our consultants through WeCom and company email, and a copy is kept on our web server. To reply, our teams in China and Kazakhstan may access this information. We ask for your consent before you submit a form.
We do not share your information with other third parties unless the law requires it or you agree.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless the law requires otherwise. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Only the colleagues responsible for replying can access enquiries.
Your rights
You can access, copy, correct or delete the information you submitted, withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from notices. Email mike@vkuglobal.com and we will reply within the time required by law.
Children
This website is intended for business clients and does not offer services to minors.
Applicable law
We process personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and Its Protection.
Changes
When this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date.
