A message from our CEO
Central Asia is not short of opportunity. What it lacks is a partner who understands both the local market and Chinese companies.
Our headquarters is in Shanghai, and our Central Asia headquarters is in Almaty. I’m based here on the ground, and together with my team I make sure the practical things are done properly: company set-up, compliance, employment, tax and finance.
Our goal is to become a partner that Chinese companies expanding into Central Asia and the Russian-speaking world can truly trust. We’d be glad to talk.
From Shanghai to Almaty
vKuGlobal’s group headquarters is in Shanghai, with branches in Hong Kong, Beijing, Hainan and Shandong and affiliated accounting and valuation firms. Our team of more than 100 people has over 10 years of experience in accounting, tax, legal and strategy work for businesses.
In 2025 we opened our Central Asia headquarters in Almaty. Chinese advisers and local lawyers and accountants work there side by side, serving Chinese companies that invest and operate in Kazakhstan.

How we are set up
Two offices, one process
Filings and preparation in China are done in Shanghai; company set-up and operations in Kazakhstan are done in Almaty, with a named person for the handover.
Rooted locally
Our core team is based in Kazakhstan. Our lawyers and accountants are local and know the country’s law and business practice.
End to end
One team handles everything from ODI filing in China to tax filing in Kazakhstan and repatriating profits to the Chinese parent.
